DJ OMBUDSMAN has been dj-ing for the past fourteen years. He has played venues as diverse as the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art (M.O.C.C.A.) and the Solstice Festival (OM Reunion Project). Since moving to Picton seven years ago he has held down residencies at local restaurants and bars as well as organizing and promoting his own County Un-square Dance Association (C.U.D.A.) parties and the Benson Park Beatdown series of free Sunday afternoon all-age dances. He also hosts a dance music radio show called Global Grooves on 99.3 County FM, in Prince Edward County.

True to his alias he also donates his services to local organizations including Food Not Bombs and Creative Rural Minds. In addition to his work as a DJ, Neil has a parallel career as a curator and new media artist, working in video, sound, print and installation. Hobbies include camping, cooking, activism and surfing the web
